TAS, a Canadian real-estate company, is developing its impact framework and theory of change data structure while considering development of future impact funds and innovative financing structures. TAS aims to better capture their impact and further monetize the fiscal, social, and environmental benefits associated with the outcomes improvement for TAS’s clients, target population and the communities it serves.
The Sorenson Impact Institute is engaged with TAS as a thought partner in ongoing collaboration. Initially, the Institute provided research and peer-reviewed for their newly developed impact framework and theory of change data structure. The new framework and structure were presented in their 2022 TAS Annual Impact Report. Currently, the Institute is collaborating with TAS to explore impact fund structures aligned with its impact strategy.
