The Impact and Prosperity Epicenter

Home to changemakers solving the world’s greatest challenges

Opening in the fall of 2024, the Impact & Prosperity Epicenter at the University of Utah will be a multidisciplinary hub for social impact, community engagement, and enterprise. It is designed to inspire and equip a diverse group of students and professionals driven by a shared vision for the betterment of people and the planet.

Located in the heart of campus, the Epicenter will serve as a living-learning community with a diverse mix of students and professionals. The state-of-the-art building combines residential living — for nearly 800 students — with impact practitioners from the Center for Business, Health, and Prosperity and the Sorenson Impact Institute. It will create an ecosystem on campus, offering unparalleled programming that draws on the collective expertise and passion of students, thought leaders, and practitioners to empower the next generation of changemakers.
